Professional Services Offered by Air Valid
The Air Valid website has a section at the top right corner of each page where professionals can register with the site.
Registered professionals are granted access to certain information available in our database. Air Valid offers four different types of registration:
- Tour Operators can choose either “PAID” or “FREE” registration. The “FREE” option requires accepting the general conditions of use for content from the Air Valid database.
- Advertisers can register their contact information with the advertising department in order to be contacted about the advertising program.
- Partners can register in order to generate the code to create links to the Air Valid website in formats such as text, banners or logos with a summary description.
- Airline companies can register a newly created airline for the Air Valid database or they can update the current airline identity card.
Each of Air Valid’s registration options, including the “FREE” option, requires the professional to provide a minimum amount of information:
- URL of the website intended to integrate links to Air Valid
- Valid email address
- The full name of the person in charge
- Telephone
- City/ Region
- Country
- Technical information about integrating the links onto a website and recommendations for placing links to information about airline companies.
- Technical assistance for the integration (by email only).

Air Valid invites the online travel agencies to register with our website in order to receive privileged access to the site’s available features and to take advantage of the opportunity to receive links to the Air Valid site.
There are two main options offered for using content from Air Valid’s database on another website:

• A “PAID” option where the rate is calculated according to the number of monthly visitors and offers an Air Valid logo (without advertiser).

Offer to Traditional Travel Agencies (reserved to networks of agencies):
Air Valid offers to travel agencies access to the “secured” area of the Air Valid website concerning airline information and XML feeds in order to feed their Intranet site if needed, extranet or Internet.
The integration requires the assistance of the technical team of Air Valid with the IT director and webmaster of the agency.
Offer of IT providers :
Air Valid offers to IT providers a database with updates via XML feed to assist their tourism customers in order to provide information on the agency website used to offer flights. This service makes it possible for the agency to connect with customers seeking this information.
After the integration, the agency will maintain an annual subscription with Air Valid. Integration will require the assistance of the technical team of Air Valid and the cooperation of the party receiving the service.
Offer to Sites Providing Content:
Air Valid offers to receive information from airline companies via XML feed in order to include the information on the pages for their sites. The information will also be available on paper media.
Air Valid offers an annual fixed rate (by sections of 100 cards, including updates) for the distribution of content online.
2. Advertisers
The marketing of advertising space is entrusted to the communication agency “ADD VIBES”. New advertisers can provide their information in order to be contacted. The advertisers can then access the “secured” advertising section directly on the Air Valid site.

Functionalities of affiliates
AIR VALID proposes free of charge airline widgets to webmasters. A list of these widgets is available on the airline widgets corner of the Air Valid websites. Webmasters using these widgets have the possibility to be featured on our affiliate corner where we can link to their homepages*. The airline widgets can be installed within minutes even by a novice. Air Valid also makes it possible to recover lines of script to generate a link towards the AIR VALID site in the form of “line of text”, “of banner” or “logo with a summary description”. There is no financial counterpart for the affiliate.
These links can point either on the home page of the AIR VALID site or by airline companies according to their country of origin (for example: Airline companies in Tunisia). Air Valid offers to airline companies the creation of an identity card to add to our database or it is possible to update and modify current information using the online interface. However, the applicant must provide qualifying information as well as a telephone number and a valid email address in order for Air Valid to verify the applicant and the proposed content.
