The company Lietuvos avialinijos / Lithunian Airlines is celebrating its 16th anniversary. It was in fact created on 20th September 1991 by the Lithuanian government, following the restoration of independence. Renamed “flyLal” after its recent privatisation, the company has experienced some changes, with a new logo and ‘design’ in pink for its aircraft and uniforms of its crew.
The company based in Lithuania wants to give a more proactive commitment to improve the quality of service without forgetting of course the safety of passengers. Its goal is to become the leader to the Baltics, Thus it is investing now, and over 2 years, 11 million euros.
From the airport of Paris – Charles de Gaulle, FlyLAL serves Vilnius at three flights per week from Monday to Friday during summer. Note that FlyLAL serves 28 destinations directly and through correspondence traded, more than 600 cities around the world.
