Sports holidays Air France: transport luggage rules

The airline company Air France highlights the rules for luggage transportation for sporting holidays. Under the rules for luggage transportation sports holidays, golf bags weighing up to maximum 23 kg can be transported regardless of the number of checked baggage. On diving equipment, the rules of transport luggage can be transported free suits, masks, fins and pairs of regulators with the exception of diving oxygen bottles that are prohibited in the cargo hold and cabin. Fishing gear consisting of two sticks, one pair of boots, a box and a net are also included in your free baggage allowance.
However, this equipment must be placed in a single container. The rules for luggage transport surfboards, kite surfing, body surfing, windsurfing and water skis are transported free of charge if the boards are less than 200 cm, otherwise an extra € 75 for flights to France metropolitan, intra Caribbean and Europe and 200 € for other flights outside the areas mentioned, are then required. Note that the rules for luggage transportation sports holidays are applicable on flights of Air France and KLM.
