IATA took a huge and optimistic improvement to Malaysia. Bisignani the director and CEO of the IATA recognized that efficient infrastructure will help. In other words Malaysia will lessen landing fees at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. IATA is also forecasting on constructing a well-built hub that is providing better infrastructure which will deliver low costs for all airlines. IATA’s four pillar strategy of technology investment prove to be efficient as each landing with descent approach has the possibility to save between 160kg and 480kg of carbon which helps the environment and reduces fuel bill. The UK’s Air Passenger will include add GBP85 to the cost of every Malaysian holiday starting in the UK. The 65th Annual General Meeting and World Air Transport Summit will be held in Kuala Lumpur as from 7th June 2009 to 9th June 2009.
