Lufthansa wins IATA Awards

The airline Lufthansa has won the "Fast Travel Award" by IATA with its innovative and flexible solutions to simplify and speed up the passenger experience. The award was dedicated by three criteria. The first is the check-in service which offers its passengers the three recording options offered by the program of IATA Travel Fast with check-in kiosks at the airport check-in at home or Office and recording via mobile phone. The 2nd test is the automatic baggage drop-off that allows passengers to print their luggage tags at the airport and this allows the automatic transfer their luggage to the baggage handling system. And finally the 3rd test is its system of self-boarding that scans boarding passes for passengers to go directly to the aircraft.
