LAN Airlines to combine with TAM

LAN Airlines and TAM are planning to combine into a single airline. LAN Airlines and Tam will combine to form the group that will be known as LATAM Airlines Group. When they will combine, LAN Airlines and TAM will be able to offer flights across Latin America and flights from Latin America to the world. LAN Airlines and TAM will also offer more flights to other destinations when they will combine. LAN Airlines and TAM will combine and keep their headquarters in Santiago and Sao Paulo.
