Europa has set rights for passengers in the event that they have trouble for their flights. Since many passengers are taking flights everyday without knowing their own rights and they do not know what should be done in case their flights have been cancelled or their baggage are lost, Europa sees to it that passengers know their rights. According to Europa, passengers must be compensated if their flights have been cancelled or if baggage is lost. Europa also states that there should not be any discrimination for people who are physically challenged and people with disabilities. If a passenger has been denied boarding, Europa gives the passenger rights to a refund or a re-routing from the carrier. In case of too long delays and passengers decide to give up for the flights, Europa gives passengers rights to a refund and passengers also have rights to a flight to their departure point.
