American Airlines has published its system results for May 2010. American Airlines revenue passenger miles system results has increased by 4.1% for May 2010 and available seat miles system results has decreased by 0.4%. American Airlines load factor system results for May 2010 has increased by 3.6 points to 82.8% compared to May 2009.
