American Airlines will award $6 million to 61,300 of its employees for achieving customer service goals in the fourth quarter 2010. American Airlines is rewarding its employees who have excelled in customer service and it’s a way to reward them for continuous dedication and hard work to achieve the best customer service. American Airlines have invested more than $45 million to improve its customer service experience and thus rewarding its employees to be part of its success.
