Oneworld members American Airlines and Japan Airline have officially filed and ATI- antitrust immunity on the 12 February 2010 to the U.S. Department of Transportation. American Airlines and Japan Airlines ATI - antitrust immunity will strengthen the routes US- Asia routes and will create a new joint business venture which will help to improve the difficulties of Japan Airlines. Also, the ATI- antitrust immunity will highly improve efficiency on the network and will benefit passengers. The ATI- antitrust immunity will prove to be benefit for both airlines as more flights to new destinations will prevail at highly competitive fares.
