American Airlines and GOL Airlines Frequent Flyer agreement

The airline based in the United States, American Airlines and the Brazilian airline, GOL Airlines has entered into a Frequent Flyer agreement. Hence members of both American's AAdvantage® and GOL's Smiles programs will benefit from the American Airlines and GOL Airlines Frequent Flyer agreement. American Airlines and GOL Airlines Frequent Flyer agreement will give more chance to passengers to earn and redeem miles to new destinations for the 62 million members of American's AAdvantage program and the 6 million members of GOL's Smiles program which will be effective as from 1st August 2009. American Airlines and GOL Airlines Frequent Flyer agreement will give the opportunity to travelers to earn miles on all adequate GOL Airlines and American Airlines flights. Hence in order to celebrate American Airlines and GOL Airlines Frequent Flyer agreement the members will have the occasion to earn double miles when travelling on eligible GOL Airlines flights as from 1st August 2009 until 31st October 2009.
