Aegean Airlines has joined Star Alliance and is now a full member of the alliance. Being a member of Star alliance Aegean Airlines can now serve routes to more destinations across the globe. Aegean Airlines passengers can also be members of the Star Alliance Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem miles on many flights. Star Alliance operates 21,200 daily flights to 1,172 destinations in 181 countries.
