International solidarity contribution

Entry into force in France from the solidarity contribution on airline tickets
Since 1 July 2006, the solidarity contribution on airline tickets to finance the access of the poorest countries to drugs against malaria, tuberculosis and AIDS through an international facility to purchase drugs (UNITAID), entered into force in France. France opens the way. 17 other countries are preparing to take a similar decision and engaged in a process of adoption of this contribution.
