Air Valid asks the travel agencies to offer their customers a questionnaire after returning from their trip in order to rate the airline on which they flew. The passengers will evaluate both the airline and the flight. Therefore, the ratings come from passengers that have recently flown with the airline.

What criteria are the airline ratings based upon?

Air Valid has designed a questionnaire that is based on the passenger’s sense of comfort and safety throughout the flight. The questionnaire is made up of 30 questions about the flight, from boarding to exiting the aircraft, about luggage retrieval, about the plane and about the flight crew.
